Styes in the Eyes

Do you get styes in your eyes?
Over the past few weeks I've randomly been getting styes in my eyes. They go away within one day but then another one comes. It gets quite annoying. If your thinking theres no point in you reading this because you hardly ever or NEVER get styes then you might want to think again. I had never gotten a stye in my life before this epidemic started.

After a bit of research I've accepted that my styes keep coming because of my own stupidity! This long skinny purple brush you see to the right, I use this brush for blending in concealer. Some people don't even use a brush for concealer and just use their fingers but I quite like this Real Techniques deluxe crease brush. Because I was using concealer on both my under eye darkness and acne spots I was transferring the bacteria from the acne to my eye! Disgusting right? Of course there are many simple ways to get rid of a common stye, but I was more concerned about preventing myself from getting more! So I went out to Sephora and got just some generic antibacterial brush cleaner (I was using soap before as it was recommended by Zoella the Youtuber) and I've begun my habit of using my brush on my under eyes first followed by my spots, and proceeding to clean my brush right after! Simple right? But I'm still getting a stye here and there. Perhaps its just something I will have to deal with... sigh. But I didn't want to give up on myself, so I went to the pharmacy and got some antibacterial eye drops and am currently waiting for the promised result. I guess the point of this post is 1. an easy way to prevent the spread of bacteria on your face (pretty gross and boring point if you ask me) and 2. don't accept your problems as something you can't do anything to fix. I'm new to this but I'm quite liking the results I'm getting from problem solving.
