Everyone has their thing that makes them cringe. Personally, I have many. But there are different types of fear of course. For example I'm petrified of spiders but thats something that for me is never going to change. However, the fear I wanted to talk about is not of spiders or anything like that. The past week for me has been spent dreading today (monday) when I started an intensive dance camp. I had done it twice before and it was always one of those experiences where the clock feels like it's on pause. Even though I know its good for me to keep up with dance as it is for all sports and other activities, I was still highly fearing the first class. Your probably wondering where I'm going with this little rant. Well my point is that when you really stop and think about things there is no point in being afraid of things. I mean death, yeah you should probably be afraid of that for safety reasons. But in the long run, a strict french ballet teacher and some really intense, keener students are not that big of a deal. To finish this off, try to stop and think sometimes about what your afraid of, because you might realize that its just not worth it.
