Escape Reading

 If you happened to read my last post you'll know that I used to highly suffer from panic attacks and I still have anxiety. For me, reading was a way to escape from that whenever I wanted. I know that a lot of people prefer not to read when they can help it but maybe they just don't realize the benefits it has. But this post isn't supposed to be trying to convince people to read. I want to make you stop and think about what you could use as a mean of escape. Some people use negative things such as partying, drinking and other acts that have nothing good to offer us. Sometimes people just see that as the only way to get their mind off of whatever it is that is bothering them or something difficult that is happening in their life. I think, even if you are not going through a tough time and simply stressed out about anything, it's a good idea to think of something beneficial that you can use to escape from world. For me it is reading, watching my favourite shows, fashion or makeup. Maybe just take a moment and think about it. You've only got something to gain
