Just a few ideas to make the transition from summer to school as easy and relaxing as possible!
1. GET PREPARED!! Make sure to organize all your school stuff before hand and NOT at the last minute. I think it's best to choose a different binder for each subject and stock it up with loose leaf paper (graph paper as well for math and science). You should then label your binders so if they do get lost someone will know who they belong to. Then you can prepare all of your acedemic utencils like pencils, pens, ruler, etc. Also, prepare your back pack or purse or whatever it is that you carry all your stuff in. I like to be ready for any possible scenario at school so I always carry...
lip chap
hand sanitizerboby pins
hair elastics
hand lotion
concealer
powder & brush
2. A great thing to do for yourself to make you feel all fresh and ready to face the world is to treat your self with a pamper day/morning/evening (whatever floats your boat). when I do these I love to paint my nails. Today I opted for a very nude baby pink. Nude nails are about to be all the rage in fashion so I guess you could say I'm getting a head start. Your should then do whatever you want in your pamper routine like a facial, bath time, hair mask, light some candles, read, listen to some relaxing music, whatever suits you.
I also think it's a great time to do a very dreadful thing in opinion...
Pluck your eyebrows.
I know it hurts but you'll feel so much better once you get it over with.
Plus, plucking is much better for your skin then waxing and its FREE
After you pamper yourself and have all your school stuff ready you can get your first day outfit ready (which I will be blogging about in the next few days so please stay tuned).
Thanks for reading and have a great day!
