Josie Maran Foundation Review

Since I've become a makeup junkie I haven't been able to find a foundation that 1. matched my very fair skin colour and 2. didn't make me break out. I was having some major troubles. After trying a few different drug store foundations I had to accept that I would never be able to use any of them, this is because they only come if the most generic colours and they will always be to dark for me. I tried out some MAC ones and some others from Sephora and then I finally found one that not only matched my skin colour but is actually formulated to fight acne. Another great thing is that it's skin tone adjusting, which means that although it looks white in the bottle when it touches your skin it adjusts to your exact skin tone. 

The Josie Maran Argan Oil serum foundation is a light weight, light-medium coverage foundation that's perfect for everyday use. It doesn't have a distinctive finish to it, by that I mean it's not overly matte or glowing, but somewhere in between. I've definitely noticed that it doesn't make me break out which is amazing and very rare with foundation.

 I know this is not the cheapest foundation  out there ($55) but I'd say it was worth it for the amazing product inside. I wouldn't necessarily say for sure that I'm going to re-purchase it when I run out, but this is simply because I want to try as many varieties of makeup possible, I rarely get attached to something so much that I don't try anything new. 

All in all I am very pleased with this purchase and I would highly recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a good everyday foundation that will be delicate on the skin.
