An Evening Out: Makeup, Hair and Outfit

I am obsessed with this dress. I absolutely adore the overly exagerated bow detail and the tucked under bubble bottom. When paired with these gorgeous and festive booties and the understated accessories, this look is both classy and fun.

I went for a very shimmery, neutral makeup look using my brand new Sephora Moonshadow baked pallet. I absolutely love all the colours in this pallet, they are all wonderful for everyday use and evening wear. The pigment is fantastic and there is hardly any falldown. I highly recomend this pallet to everyone.!

For my hair, I decided to try something I had never done before. All i did was part my hair down the middle and then french braid the front sections of my hair. The whole back section I just threw in a low ponytail as I was running out of time to get ready. After that I simply wrapped the braids around the base of my ponytail and secured them with a hair pin. I am not that overly happy with how it turned out, but it was my very first time trying so obviously it's not going to be perfect. Even so, it's still fun to try out new things.
