We've finally got to section of makeup I've been looking forward to! Blush, bronzer and highlighter open up a world of new makeup opportunities! So without further ado, let's get started!
BLUSH
There are so many different ways to use and wear blush. Not only does it complete your look by adding the perfect flush of colour on the apples of the cheeks but it can also be the bright focal point of the look. There are endless variations of colours for blush from a bright coral to a soft ballerina pink to a warm violet toned blush. Basically, Blush is a perfect way to complete your look. It's super easy to apply, simply dust or swipe you colour on the apples of your cheeks and then blend!
BRONZER
Bronzer is wonderful at warming up your skin, making it look glowing and radiant. It can be used at all the high points of the face (cheekbones, temples, jaw and bridge of nose) to enhance your natural or fake tan. Also, bronzer can double as a contour. If your not already familiar, contouring is the use of product slightly darker then your skin tone, to hollow out your face and pronounce your cheek bones and temples, making your face look more defined and angular. Normally, you'd want to use a bronzer that is matte or has very little shimmer to contour.
HIGHLIGHTER
This isn't a necessary step in an everyday makeup routine, but it can work wonders at amplifying and polishing off your overall look. Whether it's swept on the tops of your cheek bones or on your brow bone, a highlighter, with its bright, reflecting particles, can help make you look glowing and airbrushed.
