If you delve far enough into the archives of emeroo, you'll find a post where I justify wearing denim on denim. A Canadian tuxedo if you will, though I really do dislike that term. Earlier this year I revisited the concept in one of my favorite Catwalk-to-Sidewalk posts, which I would highly suggest reading. Fast forward a few months and here I am, once again adventuring the controversial style. This time however, I'm backed up by countless street style photos, collections from the likes of Christian Dior as well as off-duty super models we all secretly want to dress like (at least some of the time). My newest take incorporates my current obsession, this oversized jean
jacket complete with killer comic book style graphic covering the back.
Paired with my forever favorite ASOS jeans and a white sneaker, I feel
I’m definitely on the right track. My last minute switch from an easy
white tee to this romantic ruffled red blouse pulls everything together perfectly.
I’m reluctantly in love with the look. When will the time come when I
finally accept the fact that I’m actually a fan of the trend? Who knows.
